宋秀晶（全智贤 饰）三年来不断面对虚伪的感动拍摄记录片，此刻她想要拍真实的非洲狮子。感到厌倦不已的她拿走了公司的摄影机代替自己的工资，决心要开办小型的制片公司。但发展所需的材料令她困扰极了，拍摄日子在即，她的摄影机眼看就被小偷抢走了。危急之际，一个穿着夏威夷衬衫的男人（黄政民 饰）帮她从小偷手上抢回了摄影机。这个男人自称自己是超人，更摆出各样奇怪的超人姿势。秀晶灵机一动，决定跟随他拍摄“拯救地球”的记录。这段影片很快便曝光了，而且得到了极高的关注率。可是在告捷会后，这个傻傻的超人竟然说要揭开记录片里的伪造之处。因此意外摔伤了头部的超人，被医生发现了脑中又异样的东西。
