结婚典礼当天是新郎新娘人生中最重要的日子。即将步入礼堂新人──认真中带点脱线的新郎石川彰人（中村伦也 饰）与开朗的新田遥（关水渚 饰），请来婚顾女王中越真帆（篠原凉子 饰）替他们筹画婚礼。没想到在大婚当日一切开始失控，被迫剪接新人ＭＶ、接二连三的怪咖宾客热情参与，挑战着中越真帆解决难题的超能力，更没料到接近尾声前男友（岩田刚典 饰）及谜样男子（向井理 饰）擅闯婚礼。无法对新人说NO的婚顾女王，是否能让新郎顺利地把新娘娶回家？

体育经理人在贤（柳演锡饰）是个相当玩世不恭的青年，他在釜山高速列车KTX上第一次见到了秀晶（文彩元饰）就对其一见钟情，性格直率不羁的他提出要和秀晶谈一场一天的恋爱。秀晶是一个不愿意给男人任何可乘之机的“铁壁女”，面对在贤的各种无理要求她相当恼火，而在贤却决心要在24小时 内得到秀晶的心，这样一对想法完全不合拍的两人从此展开了一场爱情拉锯战。
