A Japanese ghost story adapted from Hearn's "Yuki-Onna"(Kwaidan). Two woodcutters, an old man and his young apprentice, Minokichi get trapped in a snowstorm in the forest and take refuge in a hut. That night, Minokichi is forced to make a bargain that will later be forgotten.Filmed and edited by Michelle. 初代奥特曼的剧场版。奥特曼系列最初的剧场版，与外篇作品「金戈古的逆襲」一同上映，而内容就是TV版的1、8、26、27再编集而成。
